    • Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances. However, if a delivered item is found to be faulty or damaged, it must be reported to us within 1 day of delivery to initiate a resolution process.
  2. Replacement Procedure:
    • Faulty or damaged items will be replaced with a brand-new unit of the same model (SKU) after a thorough inspection by our technical team.
    • Replacement is only applicable if the item is returned in unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
    • Items showing signs of use, or with damaged/missing packaging, will not qualify for replacement.
  3. Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs for the initial delivery or returns are non-refundable.
  4. Refund Timeline:
    Refunds (where applicable, such as for out-of-stock items) will be processed within 15 days of confirmation. Refunds will be issued via cheque, bank transfer, or PayTabs/Stripe (for credit card payments).
  5. Ownership and Stocking Policy:
    Ownership of products remains with GulfTechShop.com until full payment is received. If payment is not completed within 15 days of item availability, the company reserves the right to resell the product. In such cases:
    • 15% of the amount paid will be deducted as stocking charges.
    • A credit note valid for 12 months will be issued for the remaining amount.
  6. Stock Availability Clause:
    All product quotes and orders are subject to availability at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, the refund policy outlined above will apply.
